A one of a kind sterling silver necklace created using the art of Mitsuro Hikime. This piece is set with beautiful quality antique Japanese Akoya pearls to loosely resemble churning water at the edge of a wave.
Using Mitsuro Hikime, an ancient lost wax working art that originated in Japan 1300 years ago, I create jewelry in sterling silver and gold that brings to mind the sensual undulations of curling waves or the sinuosity of wind etched sandstone slot canyons.
Necklace is currently 16". Upon request an extender can be added so it can be worn anywhere between 16 - 18 inches.
